Hey Gurl! I’m sorry that your item from our showroom didn’t work for you. We would like to offer you 10 days to return the item for exchange only. ALL $20 OR LESS ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

Shipping

Thank you for visiting and shopping The Story Gurl Showroom. All online orders are processed within 2-5 business days not including the date of purchase. Once an order is placed, no changes can be made. You can select to pick up your order in store or a preferred shipping time at checkout. We ask that you carefully consider processing time when selecting desired arrival of any shipment. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Once the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number with which you can follow your package and see remaining shipping time. 

The Story Gurl Showroom is not responsible for packages once given to courier including lost or stolen packages. If your package is returned for any reason, you may request to have your order reshipped, be advised that there could be a reshipment fee.

Please be advised that you are responsible for the cost of returning your items. Once the item/items has been returned please give us 2-5 business days to process the exchange  (please send us an email so we are aware of your return).
